Inspector’s Partner grew from our desire to help inspectors more easily and efficiently create inspections for their customers, the homeowners. By helping inspectors articulate the features and challenges of the homes they inspect, they can aid the homeowners in making decisions about their homes.
Our Story
Inspector’s Partner evolved over many years of crafting and perfecting our home inspection language. From the beginning we wanted our software to be intuitive and easy to use so that your emphasis can be on performing your best inspection.

Inspector’s Partner was developed by a family of creators and designers. Our parent company, ImageSetters, has been in business for 35 years, serving clients in many different industries. We share our philosophy of community with our clients and share their successes as they share ours.

Founder & CEO
Inspectors Partner is the latest of several applications Dave has created for multiple industries. As a career software developer and business owner, Dave has a long track record of successful systems development.
Evonne Hopkins
Vice President & COO
Evonne was a successful systems engineer and manager before joining the parent company of Inspector’s Partner. She manages the company in order to make sure our mission is accomplished.
Erin Soto
CFO & Media Manager
Besides managing the financial aspects, Erin also manages the online presence. Her insight is invaluable in our efforts to provide our clients with information to help them provide excellent service to their customers.
